By downloading, installing, or using F8t ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App. F8t is operated by Bornfight d.o.o., a company registered in Croatia ("we", "us", "our").

F8t is a light metering and film roll archive application for iOS. The App uses your iPhone camera to measure ambient light and calculate exposure settings for film photography. F8t is a tool to assist your photography workflow - exposure readings are approximations and should be verified with your experience and judgment.

3. Pricing and Purchases

F8t offers a free tier with basic functionality and a one-time F8t Pro purchase that unlocks all features permanently. The F8t Pro purchase is processed through Apple's App Store and is subject to Apple's terms of service.

Prices may vary by region and are set through Apple's pricing tiers. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.

4. User Data and Privacy

Your data (equipment profiles, shot logs, roll history, settings) is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your personal data. For details on analytics and third-party services, see our Privacy Policy.

F8t provides exposure calculations based on your iPhone's camera sensor. While we strive for accuracy, light metering results are approximations and may vary based on conditions, device calibration, and other factors.

F8t, the F8t logo, and "Focal Point" are trademarks of Bornfight d.o.o. Camera, lens, and film names referenced in the App are trademarks of their respective manufacturers and are used for identification purposes only.

Reciprocity failure tables, push/pull guidelines, and other reference data in the App and on the website (f8t.app) are compiled from manufacturer datasheets and community testing. This data is provided for reference only. Results may vary with individual film batches, storage conditions, and processing.

10. Updates and Changes

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zagreb, Croatia.
