Kodak T-Max P3200
Ultra-fast B&W film designed for extreme low light. True ISO is around 800-1000 - the 3200 rating assumes push processing. Pronounced grain with a gritty, documentary feel. Can be rated from 800 to 6400 depending on development.

Kodak Double-X 5222

Fujifilm Superia X-TRA 400

Ilford HP5 Plus 400
Ilford's answer to Tri-X and arguably its equal. Traditional grain with wide exposure latitude and beautiful tonal range. Pushes well to 1600 and 3200 with increased but pleasing grain. Slightly more forgiving than Tri-X with a touch less contrast.

Ilford FP4 Plus 125
Fine-grained medium-speed film with exceptional tonal range and clarity. Excellent sharpness with a classic, timeless look. More traditional rendering than T-grain films. A darkroom favorite for its beautiful printing characteristics.

Ilford Delta 100

Ilford Delta 400
Modern T-grain B&W with finer grain than HP5 at the same speed. Smoother tonal gradations with a more refined, less gritty look. Pushes reasonably well but without the same character as HP5 pushed.

Ilford Delta 3200
Ultra-fast B&W film for extreme low light. Like T-Max P3200, the true ISO is closer to 1000 - the 3200 rating assumes push processing. Distinctive heavy grain with an atmospheric, moody quality. Many photographers rate it at 1600 for best results.

Ilford Pan F Plus 50

Ilford XP2 Super 400

ADOX Silvermax 100
